<h3>Wheelchair Access</h3>
<p>
Federal Hall’s entrances and facilities are accessible to wheelchair users. An accessible entrance is located towards
the back of the main floor rotunda on 15 Pine St. North. All informational stands and games are at wheelchair level.
All restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Restrooms are located on the basement floor, which can be accessed through elevator.

<h3>Individuals who are blind or have low vision</h3>

Our website is compatible with screen readers. We recommend utilizing the website to learn more about the exhibition.

Games have auditory and tactile feedback, and we use braille in our informational stands. Our personnel is trained
to help anyone who requests it.

above to locate all sitting and quiet areas.

<h3>QR CODES</h3>

QR codes are placed throughout the Museum to provide features and resources created to enhance your visit. Here’s how to use them:
</p>

iOS Devices
</p>
<li>Open the Camera app from the Home Screen, Control Center, or Lock Screen.</li>
<li>Select the rear facing camera. Hold your device so that the QR code appears in the viewfinder in the Camera app. Your device recognizes
the QR code and shows a notification.</li>
<li>Tap the notification to open the link associated with the QR code.</li>

Android Devices
</p>
<li>Open the camera app.</li>
<li>Select the rear-facing camera in Photo or Camera mode and center the QR code that you want to scan on the screen.</li>
<li>Tap the notification that pops up to open the link.</li>

If no notification appears, follow these instructions to use Google Lens:
</p>
<li>Tap the color lens icon in Google Assistant, or open the Google Lens app.</li>
<li>Select the Search mode and center the QR code that you want to scan on the screen.</li>
<li>Tap the notification that pops up to open the link.</li>

<h2>Freedom of Religion, Speech, Press, Assembly, Petition</h2>

<h2>Due Process, Self-Incrimination, Eminent Domain</h2>
<p style="font-size:14px">No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.</p>
<h3>6</h3>
<h2>Rights of Defendents in Criminal Trial</h2>
<p style="font-size:14px">In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.</p>

<h2>Rights in Civil Cases</h2>
<p style="font-size:14px">In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.</p>

<h2>Excessive Bails, Fines, or Punishment</h2>
<p style="font-size:14px">Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.</p>

<p style="font-size:14px">The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.</p>
