Currently gauging interest from the community to see if anyone's keen on adding Quantarctica. Technically this won't be done in the docker image, but opening this issue to track progress. Note that last version of Quantarctica (v3.2) was released in 2021 for QGIS 3.16, but we are at QGIS 3.28 as of #56, so will need to check if things are still compatible.

Similar to QGreenland that was added a while back (see https://blog.jupyter.org/desktop-gis-software-in-the-cloud-with-jupyterhub-ddced297019a?gi=e504c3105a0e), Quantarctica (https://www.npolar.no/quantarctica) could be another QGIS package we add to the shared public drive on CryoCloud.
