This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through our Discord bots and dashboard services, and how we use, protect, and store that data.
When you use our services, we may collect the following information:
- Discord user data: ID, username, avatar
- Server data: guild ID, roles, permissions
- Activity data: XP points, levels, timestamps
- Linked platforms (optional): Twitch, YouTube, Kick usernames or IDs (if connected)
No passwords or direct messages are ever accessed or stored.
Collected data is used exclusively to:
- Manage XP and level progression
- Generate leaderboards
- Handle server-specific configuration
- Display activity statistics in the dashboard
- Support Twitch/Kick/YT integrations (if enabled)
- Data is stored securely on servers hosted by Sparkedhost (bot) and Vercel (dashboard).
- Only the developer (Zangreot) has access to raw data.
- Session data (e.g., login tokens) is encrypted or hashed.
We do not share, sell, or disclose data to any third party.
Data is only disclosed if:
- Required by law or legal request
- Necessary to protect our service against abuse
Only technically necessary cookies are used by the dashboard (via Next.js).
There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
You may request:
- A copy of your stored data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Full deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
