JSON-formatted logs into file, as a parameter during startup. json fields: level, ts, msg (timestamp, message). level one of "info", "warn", "error". ts example: "1616876543.8821354"
Failback function, check liveness of failed eth1(s) every so often and fail back if possible. Could just check liveness in order and fail back to the first live one that is before current active one, if possible.
