Accept Ranges for Commands that accept 1+ Areas

Commented on this in KFO's #suggestions, but I'll repeat it here so that other contributors can see it as well.

Several commands accept more than 1 area as targets. If possible/feasible, please allow for number ranges to be inserted that the server can then use as if each area was listed separately (i.e. /a 1-6 would be treated like /a 1,2,3,4,5,6)
