Upscale Places 2D Splash Images

The images we currently display in the 2d versions of the places/worlds are dimensions which were fine for 90's monitor resolutions.

We needs these to be upscaled for today's standard resolutions.

There are a number of online services which can do this, some paid, possibly some open source/free.

Example online service https://www.pixelcut.ai/t/upscaler . Probably need to add a bit of sharpening too if possible.

Howdy i've up scaled the images and uploaded them to the google drive. Theres also a Plaza2.jpg which is an even larger size, Can you have a look in your environment and let me know if you want the bigger size or the ones i've already done are good enough.

absoluteley not! a lot of the fun is the low quality textures, and if we ai upscale them all then it's no longer the same thing!

Thank you for your feedback. This is actually not a part of the textures, but the images you see when in 2d mode. Quality is also not changing, just the ability to translate the size of the image from older resolution settings to modern ones. It will actually make it look more like old cybertown.
