Incompatibility with JsMacros

Short description:

Due to recent changes (#32), compat with other mods that shadow or include GraalJS seems to break. (JsMacros/JsMacros#182)
Let's investigate if we can use a jar-in-jar approach instead, to see if that fixes anything.
We should also make sure this is compatible with Graal JVM!

This issue is not fixable at the moment, due to Graal making use of a native library that is packaged in the jar, which we can not relocate during shadow. (jar-in-jar also doesn't work, as this can conflict with libs already present for people using Graal as VM)

However, it looks like the native lib has been removed from Graal (old, new), so just bumping the graal version when they publish a release may allow us to do a full shadow again, which may fix the problem.

We're at Graal 24.1.1 now, 24.1.2 did not fix the problem, so let's await the next release...
