related issues

in passing my own number of Gaussians ; it always end up using defaults ???
if using spm/tpm/TPM.nii it is not happy because the default call eTPM with 8 Gaussians

--> for BRAT validation, i want to input my TPM with no skull and thus 6 gaussians parameters (or at least spm/TPM.nii and set skull to 0)
