tsender problem || metamask

hey ! when i m testing with anvil sometimes im face problem when i

``` send tokens -> approve->send->failed``

im facing this sometimes when i press button the metamask pops up with approval req after confirming the send req pops up but even thought the transaction is not confirmed , i waited for 30 sec there is no details or message about approval transcation passed or failed, so i confirmed the airdeop req boomm transactiion failed

it happening sometimes though !!! :)

I am unsure what could be causing that issue is not blocking, I think you can proceed.
