WhatsApp portable compatibility?

Trying to use WT with Portable (https://github.com/portapps/whatsapp-portable) doesn't seems to work (it executes on background but shows nothing on screen). Sometimes it works, but if you "close" or minimize WhatsApp, it doesn't create any icon on tray.

Any workaround for this? Possible fix? Thank you!

EDIT: Also, I notice that if I close the program (with all options =0), it kill all whatsapp process but WhatsappTray.exe is still running (which make open new instances impossible unless you kill WhatsappTray.exe).
