Getting "RuntimeError: Encountered an unresolved custom op." on Ubuntu amd64. Does this run only on arm platforms?

Tried to run this on an Ubuntu amd64 PC, and came across the following error:

RuntimeError: Encountered an unresolved custom op. Did you miss a custom op or delegate?Node number 1 (EdgeTpuDelegateForCustomOp) failed to invoke.

I suspect it's a platform support issue.
From your instructions it is not clear if this runs only or Raspberry pis 4/5 and jetson (arm CPUs) or it also works on PCs (amd64).
