Error on staging: flat pages don't show when logged in

Ok, I think this will go away once the "bad" source created without a shelfmark is deleted. Will update when confirmed. Should be made obsolete by #1606.

This was indeed the problem for me.

@lucasmarchd01 Could you try on staging logged in to your account? It turns out that when we both tried to create a source without a shelfmark, the source was actually created but the 500 error was on the source detail page that is returned when you create a source. And then when it tried to show the source in the "My Sources" panel, another error occurred.

I deleted all the sources on staging that didn't have a shelfmark and then it worked when I was logged in.
