Folders of resources?

It would be potentially very, very helpful if, in resources, it would be possible to group resources (generated/uploaded) per run into folders. This would avoid the overwhelming aspect of looking for items in a resource list, which quickly balloons into the hundreds of identical names. This would also assist in sorting through items via labels, given the labels currently aren't updating (see #1127).

Folders would also be helpful in a nesting sense; all items produced in an iteration or for an image would be contained in that iteration's folder, or however the user wants to put them.
