"Updated" timestamps aren't always accurate

It is entirely possible I am misinterpreting what this label is meant to show! But as far as reporting when something has been updated or completed the time stamps are inaccurate- for example, a training job which took 4 hours will only show as one second between 'created' and 'updated' in the list.
