Fields shown in chant search results should depend on the field searched and/or the field matching query

Currently, the same fields for chants matching a query are shown:

(For a "global" search -- a search across all manuscripts on CU -- a "Manuscript" column is also added, and there is a slightly different display for volpiano searches).

We should make sure that the field being searched (or for All Text Search, the field of the chant that matches the query) always shows up in the search results.

In discussion with @annamorphism a current thought for display logic:

• default to the columns/fields currently shown
• depending on the field searched/matching the query replace one of the default columns with that field:
  • show Cantus ID instead of genre
  • show differentia-related field instead of mode
