Warum?

Konstante können bis jetzt nur Literale akzeptieren, jedoch kann man manche Ausdrücke auch zur Kompilierzeit evaluieren und somit für die Deklaration einer Konstante erlauben.

Das würde Deklarationen wie diese erlauben: Die Konstante k ist 3 plus 6.

Wie?

Eine Lösung wäre es die Quelldatei zuerst mit einem Interpreter zu analysieren und solche Ausdrücke evaluieren.
