1. Definitions
   a. "Software" refers to the Denvie software.
   b. "Customer" refers to the individual or entity who has purchased or obtained the Software.

2. Grant of License
   a. Subject to the terms and conditions of this license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your own purposes.
   b. This license does not grant the right to sell, distribute, sublicense, or modify the Software without explicit written permission from Denvie.

3. Ownership and Attribution
   a. The Software is the intellectual property of Denvie.
   b. The license does not transfer ownership of the Software to the Customer.
   c. The Customer may not remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices contained within the Software.

4. Warranty and Liability
   a. The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
   b. Denvie shall not be liable for any damages or claims arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

5. Portfolio and Promotion
   a. Denvie reserves the right to display the Customer's company name or logo, along with a description of the project, on its portfolio or promotional materials.

6. Termination
   a. This license is effective until terminated by either party.
   b. Denvie may terminate this license if the Customer violates any of the terms and conditions.
   c. Upon termination, the Customer must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in their possession.

7. Governing Law
   a. This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

By using the Software, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license.
