Hey the Deskflow doesn't work the same way the synergy does. The macOS says their Deskflow.app is damaged.

Hi, typically this is a permissions issue on the newer versions of macOS. Publishing binaries here will not automatically solve this problem.

However, work-around is as follows. You need to authorise the Deskflow.app after attempting to run it, see instructions here:
https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/mac-help/mh40616/mac

If that doesn't work, run xattr -c Deskflow.app in the terminal and them run Deskflow.app again.
