Now, if you have Blender installed on your PC, it has config located in the USER_PATH (%appdata% on windows). When blenderproc installs its own blender it uses the same settings by default.

This can be overridden by the BLENDER_USER_CONFIG environment variable. If the environment variable is pointed to the install path of the blenderproc' blender (e. g. a config folder there), the blendeproc' blender installation can be completely encapsulated.
