Future Upgrades: keep diamond-contracts-views in sync with CORE and DAO contracts

If we create a contract upgrade proposal, the diamond-contracts-views potentially needs to be updated as well, so the UI keeps functional.
we need a strategy, so we do not forget about keeping the views in sync.

One way would be to deploy diamond-contract-views using ERC-2535: Diamonds, Multi-Facet Proxy.

So that we can have any number of facets(implementations) in case a contract upgrade proposal is accepted.

We'll have to implement the Diamond in a way that the it automatically delegates call to appropriate implementation depending on the function selector.
