"I am now using the new UI, but every time I check the monitor to confirm everything is well, it shows "Connect" and "Wallet". When I click Connect Wallet, I get a pop-up window that shows the wallet info, and at the bottom is a Disconnect Wallet option. At first, I did not want to disconnect, but I have since done so, and it gives me the option to connect again. When I connect the wallet, it connects, and all is well again. This does not seem to actually disconnect the wallet, but I would like to know whether there is a potential error or issue.

Root cause and task: sometimes the rpc is slow and the wallet is stuck in the connect phase and is unable to complete. Never show the disconnect button unless fully connected.
