Version: 2.2.0 commit c874e18

On a new Linux systems tcpdump -i any produces frames of type DLT_LINUX_SLL2. This type is (silently) not supported by dnscap. In that case dnscap -r file -g produces no output and no warning.

Example PCAP: sll2.zip

Pretty please add support for this type. Bonus points for a visible error if an unsupported frame type is detected.
