I agree - this also goes for beta testing.

I need to know what you want us to test:

• Are you encouraging testing by the community of the alpha app?
• Is there a focus on testing?
• Does it help you if simply have the app running?
• Where should we post feature requests? Android or IOS Repos?
• In what form and where do you want feedback? Do you want feedback?

Hi @TristanCacqueray, @heroichornet, it's a very important but tough question! This project is a tremendous effort for which the help of everybody is very welcome. The reason why we don't have such document is because even internally, it's very hard to organize ourselves with such short timeline. It's not like we have a long todo-list that we can share and split among people, more like this todo-list changes every 6 hours :)

What is super helpful right now: reviewing the designs, finding security/privacy flaws, discussing/forseeing potential implementations issues or limitations, and working together to fix them; in short, what is happening now in the Github issues. So we absolutely want feedback if you have some :)

Also, if you're a specialist in the topics of some hard questions (the most notable one being the Bluetooth communications, distance measurement, i.e., Bluetooth contact-tracing) and you have specific inputs that would help our team, we'll put you in touch.

Regarding the testing (running the app, giving feedback + feature requests), absolutely, but it's still too early for this. We'll keep you updated!
