It is crucial to understand how observations such as depression or blood pressure are expected to be measure by the company. For instance, should blood pressure scores be averaged? Is it important to consider the dates of which blood pressure scores have been. considered? We should prioritize meeting with the Web UI team to discuss how these observations are being measured.

We plan to do an Alpha release and have stake-holders give us feedback on how to merge and curate this crucial information. We have some specs for how merged data is to be returned but they give contradictory options for us to potentially do here: https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-identity-matching-ig/patient-matching.html.
