Describe the bug
If firing weapons rapidly, it will sometimes fail to produce a firing sound, instead the projectiles fly silently from the barrel.
Easiest to notice when rapidly right-clicking, but sometimes rarely happens while holding right-click.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Spawn any projectile weapon, such as the Coin Tosser, Snowball Cannon, or Potatosser
  2. Spam right-click it
  3. Sometimes, when you get good timing, hear no firing sound

Expected behavior
To always get the firing sound, regardless of how fast you fire.

Screenshots
Erm... it's hard to convey sound with screenshots. Maybe subtitles?

I've been aware of this for a while, but it's a minor issue, so I never looked deeply into it.
I've had a good poke around now, a cooldown desync seems to be involved. It's unlikely to be fixed soon, as it only causes this minor issue to my knowledge. I have other priorities, but will be releasing the currently unreleased fixes as 0.4.1 in the next few days.
