An explanation of how I have used my Brag Diary to record my progress:
I looked it up and one of the recommended ways to use the brag diary is to set aside a day in the week where you spend a period of time recording what the week was about and what the highlights of it were, to track growth and accomplishment. Actually, it's brilliant. I wish I knew it before.
