Powershell: .po file not being created #2

Hi,
So I'm using the tool but it doesn't create the po file.
In powershell, it goes like this:
...\russian\Monika.exe -export "script.rpy"
Monika - A easy toolkit for RenPy games for fantranslations by Darkmet98.
Thanks to Pleonex for Yarhl libraries.
Version: 1.3
This program is licensed with a GPL V3 license.
If I don't use the whole path to Monika.exe the powershell cannot find the program.
So after running the command, no .po file is getting created.
