[High Priority Bug] Instances / Professions cooldown is lost, bug

For example, on Inscription, when you use "minor investigation" (that have 24h cooldown), when you disconnect and reconnect, you have again for use :(

And with the heroic instances, is the same, if you disconnect on instance with cooldown, you lose the cooldown.

Instances fixed: Caused by some cataclysm bosses that have flags_extra = 0, and need to be flags_extra = 1
