Not sure what info is needed for Aternos setup

Hey!

This is my first time trying to set up something like this, and i just wanted some advice as to what i should do to get this working!

I have an aternos server that i use for me and one other friend, and i wanted to be able to use this to track my own progress for certain awards (Adventuring time etc).

I am not sure what to input where it wants details for Remote Minecraft Server Login, In terms of "host:, Username and Password".

As this is an aternos server, i was not sure if this would be the IP for the server or anything like that.

If you could get back to me on this matter in any way, with some advice as to how to go about doing this, it would be greatly appreciated!!
