After cloning the repo and running setup, start the console and load it like this:

python3 main.py _7nwbz

Once the session starts you can call modules such as info or followers. If the account is private, most queries come back empty unless you authenticate with a session cookie from a logged‑in browser. Instagram also rate‑limits fairly quickly. Repeating the same queries without pauses tends to trigger short temporary blocks, so spacing requests out usually avoids that behaviour.
