POLAR uses Vue 2 at the moment.

As Vue 2 is EOL, we will migrate to Vue 3.

With this migration, we will do the following architectural changes:

• Replace Vue 2 with Vue 3
• Replace Vuetify with KERN UX (@kern-ux/native)
• Merge the packages @polar/core, @polar/lib-X and @polar/plugin-X to @polar/polar
• Move the customer-specific clients to separate repositories (no monorepo anymore)
