POLAR@3: Missing KERN extra icons

In the production build, some of the KERN extra icons are not available.

The reason for this is simple: They are only used in the snowbox and therefore not included to the POLAR production build.

Proposed solution:

• Provide default icons for each plugin that are listed in POLAR's source code.
