https://github.com/indygreg/python-build-standalone/releases
(The maintainer uses this to support his PyOxidizer project, another Rust project helping the Python world.)

Covers MacOS, Linux, and Windows builds and is usually updated within a couple of weeks of a new Python release.
Could be a suitable replacement for https://github.com/David-OConnor/pybin/releases. (No offense.)

Pyflow has some nice ideas. Maybe using another project to help with some of the heavy lifting would breathe some more life into it and would potentially solve some outstanding issues like #136 .
