The idea is to give people ability to add comments to map or even players profiles, similarly like its done in tournaments section.
Any and all comments should have report button which would notify admins in admin panel and such comment would get reviewed and possibly deleted and such player could be muted for certain period of time.
Possible limitation for commenting could be put in place that if you dont have atleast 20 records you cant comment and so on..
