Make better dummy database

We need better dummy db, complete db dump without user info and server info, this way we will have better way of testing stuff.

Instead of removing current dummy DB we may have two of them, small one and big one.
If that approach is chosen, the script for loading dummy DB should be updated to handle downloading one or another, or we can have two scripts, one for each dummy DB.

In the current dummy db there are missing migration data which are required for making new migration with ease.
