Extract packages from the code

For the sake of reuse-ability, test-ability, SRP and order, the following classes ought to be refactored out into separate packages as part of the linguistics research utilities (and installed using setup.py):
- [ ] - DbAccess.py
- [ ] - ObjectsCounter.py
- [ ] - WordAbstractionEvaluator.py
- [ ] - Synonyms.py
- [ ] - COCA.py (has to be renamed!)
- [ ] - A lot of parts from inside matcher.py
