Frontend: Small boundary selection raises error #260

Current behavior
When selected boundaries of an area is too small the quickbuild throws the following error:

....osmnx._errors.InsufficientResponseError: No data elements in server response. Check log and query location/tags.

Desired behavior
Either create an Error Window to suggest to create a bigger polygon or solve issue.
