In #26, we provide the ability to create several actor per installation.
Actors can follow a local group (similar to the ones in Lemmy). When an actor pushes a new message, they are pushed to their group, and their group boosts the message.

A group can be subscribed the social apps that support it (AFAIK: Mastodon and Lemmy).
There can be as many groups as we want.
