Setup GitHub configurations for new repository

• If a team for your project does not exist yet, create one or ask @luizaandrade to do it
  • Project teams should be created under their respective initiative teams
  • Users should be added to teams rather than directly into repositories unless they are not affiliated with DIL
• Go to the repository Settings > Collaborators and teams and give the relevant team access to the repository
• (Optional, but recommended) Go to the repository Settings > Branches and create a branch protection rule for main requiring a pull request to merge. It is also recommended to require at least one approval to merge.
