Current behavior

In case converter Turkish letter İ stays capital İ even after converting to lower case

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

  1. Open Text -> Inspector & Case Converter
  2. Copy-paste "İ" into String editbox
  3. Push Convert / lower case button

Expected behavior

It should give "i" as described on page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C4%B0
