Current behavior
Scrolling feels laggy in Arch Linux.
I'm on KDE Plasma. Installed via AUR
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)
Arch Linux with KDE Plasma
install with yay -S devtoys-bin
Feels laggy and low refresh rate in the window when interacting
