When you expand the page to the Cargo package construction timing, there will be a strange rebound when you scroll down

This problem seems to have appeared a long time ago

Steps to reproduce the issue

Open the tabs one by one, and then scroll down the mouse wheel when you open the Cargo tab

Yes, but the animation is a bit unnatural when clicking in and back, it should be changed so that it pushes in to the left when entering, and pushes in to the right when returning.

I'm proposing to fix a display error and upgrade the quick keys

The shadows of the circled pop-up prompts in the image do not appear to be correct in darker color modes

It is recommended to bring the keyboard operation into the application so that you can use the keyboard operation as well as to improve the usefulness of the mouse side buttons

Are you using any custom Window Manager or any Windows customization tool?

You mean like being able to focus them?

I think I found the problem.
It seems to be caused when HDR is enabled.
This seems to need fixing.

Maybe so, because it's actually kind of a pain in the ass to not have quick keys.

I seem to have found a similar report, but it seems that this issue has not been taken seriously.
