Control which label is going to be black and white is going to be white when exporting.
When exporting the annotation as a tiff, labels even within the same level need to be added in the same order for them to be exported as the same colour.
I had one annotation with cytosol and inclusion labels and another on a different tomogram with inclusion then cytosol. Even though i kept the label colours the same, adding the labels in the different order within the level meant that when they were exported the first one had the inclusion in grey and cytosol black and the second had the inclusion in black and cytosol in grey.
It would be good to see a preview of what is being exported.
