DeID Upload file format is unclear

I'm looking through the documentation and I can't find anywhere where the DeID Upload file format is specified. Using the example Aperio images on the Openslide website I was able to put together the following DeID Upload file and got the following error file in return. I'm attaching them both.

Would it be possible to get either a specification or an example file to look at?

There are examples in the tests: https://github.com/DigitalSlideArchive/DSA-WSI-DeID/tree/master/tests/data
And it is specified by the schema (https://github.com/DigitalSlideArchive/DSA-WSI-DeID/tree/master/wsi_deid/schema) which can be changed to match your file.

Thank you! It looks like it requires a lot of info- is this actually used in the system or was this just your own default schema?

One of the schemas was used for the initial pilot (https://github.com/DigitalSlideArchive/DSA-WSI-DeID/blob/master/docs/rationale.md). We now use the less restrictive schema.
