Fields "mobile" and "title" are not provided from LDAP

Hello, we are using LdapRecord-Laravel for users authentication in our intranet and since we moved to the latest MS server and updated LdapRecord to the latest version, the "title" and "mobile" properties are not providing from the AD.
Somebody some solution?

I don't know what exactly you need. We are using package v 2.4.0 in default installation. Since we had some of older versions, the "title" and "mobile" fields were provided by LDAP and synchronized into local database - user table, columns: description and mobile (it's mapping we have defined in auth config):

When I report by print_r to error log the LDAP object values in the LdapRecord\Laravel\Import\Synchronizer:synchronize, the title and mobile is not included. My IT colleage shown me that values are correctly defined in the AD.

@upeer Are you caching your config? Run php artisan config:clear to make sure this isn't the case.

When you moved this application to a new server, was the user that you have configured in the config/ldap.php file changed at all?

If not, are you sure the permissions on that user has not been modified in ActiveDirectory itself? You can test this quickly by adding the user to the Domain Administrators group and attempt signing into your application again. If nothing changes, we can go from there 👍

Yes, the cache has been flushed manytimes. I tried it now again and there is no progress.
Yes, the configured user changed. I have it set only in the .env, not in config/ldap.php It visibly works, because after we moved AD to a new server and connected this PHP application to it, we started to getting new user records from AD to application local database. What I only did, is that I manually changed the records - took values from guid column of the new user records to older user records to keep their keys reference in the database, and cleared the new records then. Now it's working. But only I am not getting those two properties from the AD. The connection between AD and PHP application works.
