Nova 4 Implementation

I've got ldaprecord installed, auth.php setup, and I'm able to use ldap:import and run a database sync with no problems.

However when trying to login with the default Laravel Nova 4 page, I'm greeted with "These credentials do not match our records." no matter what I try, and with confirmed working credentials.

I've seen mention of modifying the Nova LoginController and changing the credentials function, but this doesn't seem to be in 4.x anymore.

Has anyone got this working with Nova 4.x ?

You may have issues with Laravel Nova, as mentioned here in this issue #423.

It's possible but this seems to be more so about migrations & rollbacks. I'm not able to get the login form working. This could be some sort of misconfiguration on my end, but the database sync worked great. Having a hard time troubleshooting the issue.

When I attempt to login I do see in the laravel.log a successful Binding, and Bound operation followed by a Search. No matter what I try I always end up with "These credentials do not match our records." error on the login page.

Looking at the binding username I don't see any mention of the inputted user being referenced here.

The Nova login page uses "email" for the input field, would this need changed to "mail" ?
