How to redirect all magento pages except cart and checkout/onepage?

Hi everibody,

I'm using external checkout on my vs installation.

The only thing is that once the customer arrives to checkout.domain.com then if he just browse in the link of checkout.domain.com è will be able to see the magento installation.

How may we perform an elegant redirect on all pages except cart and checkout?
