This software is provided as "Source-Available" to encourage community contributions, education, and transparency. 

1. PERMITTED USES
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
a) Download, clone, and view the source code.
b) Run the software locally on your personal machine for the purpose of testing, learning, or developing features/fixes.
c) Modify the code strictly for the purpose of submitting Pull Requests back to the official DevPath India repository.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT under any circumstances:
a) Use this software or any part of it for commercial purposes, financial gain, or monetization.
b) Publicly host, deploy, or distribute this software (or modified versions of it) as a standalone service, application, or "clone".
c) Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software.

3. BRANDING AND TRADEMARKS
The "DevPath India" name, logos, domain names, and brand identity are the exclusive intellectual property of the DevPath India Community. This license does NOT grant you any rights to use these trademarks. Any derivative work or local testing must not represent itself as the official DevPath India platform.

4. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
