Django Oscar and Django CRM connection.

I'm building an e-commerce website using Django Oscar and now require a CRM for lead generation and managing chat sessions for customers and vendors. Django CRM offers a lot of useful features, and integrating it with my project would be highly beneficial. Is there any proper documentation or guidance available to help me with this integration?

• receiving POST requests from a website
• embedding CRM forms into a website iframe

I have to integrate the chat, how can I use the Oscars models in CRM and the vendors should reply to the customers through CRM.
All the Ocars tabels should be in CRM it'll be easy to access and intehrate.Kindly give an detailed explanation on this.
