It seems that by default the output bitrate is very large (mine is 3 mins - 440MB). Is there a way to configure lower bitrate or make the file smaller? I noticed that no matter what size the output video is, the file sizes are the same.

Hi my friend, the actual output video bitrate is fixed to 16M.

You think it is too high?

I was also thinking of adding a widget to select the desired value.

Thanks. Widget would be nice to control speed and bitrate.

I saw it in the code. I made the change (reduce it) and also play around with the speed as well.

Also, while I am trying to get best configuration, I also don't want delete the target folder so that I can re-construct the video, also helpful when ffmpeg is not happy.

Do you have any configuration recommendation? I would like to try to upscale some 00' school make DVD / VCD.
